My current passion revolves around the emerging body of work around trauma recovery, neuroplasticity, polyvagal theory and somatic experiencing. Educating myself in this area is really supporting me to feel safer and and more connected to my body. this makes me able to identify and meet my own needs, and be more authentically connected to my environment and community. I’ve actually been working offering holistic therapies throughout most of my life, amongst other things, but this recent deepening into a more trauma informed approach has again softened and evolved my practice.

Increasing respect for simplicity is one of my greatest keys.

Reconnecting to felt senses of peace and joy, restedness and relaxation are some of my core values.

It is my pleasure to weave the tools and teachings I have gathered into sessions that facilitate insight, transformation and joy.

Committed to feeling the tough stuff on the way through, I believe we are meant to do some of this reclaiming together, as that saying goes, we are all walking each other home. And I believe home is meant to be a place of safety, where we are able to trust ourselves and each other and express our beautiful, wild & playful, spirited essence and releasing the hidden inner blocks that are holding them back.
